Delete your account
You can delete your Pocket Studio account and everything we hold about it, at any time, without asking us.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Pocket Studio.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion happens immediately on our server and you are signed out. There's no waiting period and no "are you really sure" email.
By email
If you can't reach the app — you've lost the device, or uninstalled it — email nativeworksapp@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, asking for account deletion. Using the same address is how we verify it's you.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account:
- Your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile-photo URL.
- Your subscription tier, build counts, build-permit history and AI-usage totals.
- The one-way device hash used to limit free-account abuse.
- Your Google Play purchase records as held by us.
- Your release signing key — see the warning below.
Deletion completes within 30 days at the very latest, and in practice immediately. Short-lived server request logs age out on their own normal schedule.
What is not affected
- Your code and projects. They live on your device and we never had them. Deleting your account doesn't touch them.
- The app itself. It keeps working; you simply won't be signed in, and building requires an account.
Two things that will bite you if you skip them.
Your signing key is destroyed and cannot be recovered. If you published an app signed with our server-held key and you are not enrolled in Play App Signing, you will not be able to ship an update to that app — ever. Migrate or export first if this applies to you.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Google Play bills that, not us. Cancel it in the Google Play app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions, or you'll keep paying for a service you can no longer sign in to.
